Michigan Clean Water Corps

Today I will be talking with Marcy Wilmes, Senior Aquatic Biologist from EGLE, and Melissa DeSimone, Executive Director of Michigan Lakes and Streams Association, about the Michigan Clean Water Corps, also known as MiCorps. Micorps is a network of volunteer water quality monitoring programs in Michigan. I absolutely love the volunteer aspect of this organization, because it allows anyone who is passionate about their favorite lakes and/or streams to get hands on experience learning about water quality while also providing very useful information. Follow us on social media @sustainabiliME.pod MiCorps: https://micorps.net/ Michigan Lakes and Streams Association: https://mymlsa.org/
