Mitchell Jr., Robert is a writer, martial arts expert, and deacon enrolled in Ekklesia Epignostika Seminary in pursuit of Holy Orders.&amp;amp;nbsp; He is the founder and organizer of St. Barachiel’s of Richmond, a Christian meetup that he aspires to grow into a church.&amp;amp;nbsp; A martial artist for over thirty years, he is the founder and First Elder of Cabal Fang Temple Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit that has been providing free public martial arts instruction for personal development since 2009.&amp;amp;nbsp; Cabal Fang is an initiatory and martial art that marries practical self-defense and fitness with the Hermetic Mysteries.&amp;amp;nbsp; He is the author of several books both fiction and nonfiction, including &amp;quot;The Calisthenics Codex&amp;quot; which has been a Top 10 exercise e-book since its publication in 2015.&amp;amp;nbsp; He graduated from the University of Virginia in 1983 with a B.A. in English.
