The structure is built from hand-cut and coursed native stone and has an intricate system of stone steps and walls leading from the building to a swimming area below. Located at Pawnee Lake, the bathhouse is on the National Historic Register. Picnic sites and beach umbrellas are also available. &amp;amp;nbsp; Pawnee is a friendly little town with a proud past and a bright future of renewed spirit and enthusiasm. The splendor of the old west - &amp;quot;Cowboys and Indians&amp;quot; are still very much alive today. The magnificent old buildings stand today as monuments of a time gone by. The historical pioneer days are waiting to be rediscovered.
