3M Update Post Bankruptcy Filing
On this episode of Cut to the Chase:, Amanda Bronstad from Law.Com discusses the Aearo Technologies Bankruptcy filing in the 3M Earplug Mass Tort Multidistrict Litigation.   While many of the plaintiffs and plaintiffs attorneys are panicking, this petition might not get too far or might even box in 3M.   Hearings in front of Justice Rogers and the bankruptcy court did not go so well for 3M/Aearo Technologies as they try to stave off the onslaught of large jury verdicts against them.
