Get Out of the Comparison Cage When you compare yourself-- you are trapping yourself in a box.  It is "normal to do, but it's not helpful.  There will always be someone better than you.  Technology is constantly being changed and upgraded.  Records are being broken. You are an inviddual-- you can only compare yourself to yourself. Notice when you want to compare yourself to other moms-- What are they better at? What are you jealous of?  Why does it matter to you? What action can you take?  Focus back on what you can work on.  Dig into it-- and find the smallest step.   Somedays you won't be better than yesterday-- that's normal too.  Be kind to yourself.
