Dana currently serves as a LGBTQ Commissioner co-chair for San Mateo County and co-chair of San Mateo County PRIDE Initiative. Dana has also sat on a Union Board and served as a shop steward for three years, ensuring employees receive their employment rights; and specialized in LGBTQ+ employees’ rights and policies.
