Bill started training for ultra sports when he was 30&#13;
He learned running, biking and swimming techniques&#13;
He did the Kona Ironman which is an olympic distance Ironman&#13;
He loved the process and gradually got better and better&#13;

THE PROCESS&#13;

It took 7 years for Tom to qualify for the Boston Marathon&#13;
He has done 25 marathons and kept improving times&#13;
In endurance sports, most people stop before the good things start happening&#13;
Challenges are an opportunity to become a better athlete&#13;
