Add to the complex stew of human nature the politics of power \u2013 who\u2019s in (and likes order), and who\u2019s out (and will flirt with the change that chaos can bring) \u2013 and all the disruption we\u2019re currently experiencing starts to have a story arc. Making everything just that much worse, we\u2019ve effectively (though accidentally) used technology to weaponize human nature. In today\u2019s angry partisan throwdown, we\u2019re remarkably able to overlook human error in \u201cus\u201d even as we make a hobby out of obsessively pointing out what\u2019s wrong with \u201cthem.\u201d (Turns out this is human nature too.) We\u2019re joined by psychologists Dr. Paul Conway and Dr. Bo Winegard \u2014 who have different worldviews, but talk anyway \u2014 whose verbal jousting we\u2019ve found truly riveting.
