Erin McEndree
Erin McEndree is a Certified Life Coach, with a focus is on helping adoptees navigate their lives after finding out they were adopted. Erin also uses a holistic approach rather than breaking up her system into parts. “It is important to view all the facets of a person as one because they all affect one another. I evaluate the emotional, physical, mental, spiritual and relational health.” Erin's parents made her aware that she was adopted from a young age. Many people struggle with finding out they were adopted. They feel somewhat betrayed. Erin's thought process was that her adoption did not define her. She never used that as an excuse for any behaviors or bad choices in life. She has a FB group titled Adopt X three. Her adoption group is different in that she allows all three in the adoption trifecta here. Grace and kindness are a must. Compassion for all situations is key. www.steepedinpurpose.com https://www.facebook.com/ErinEMcEndree
The Resilient Heart Podcast
http://theresilientheartpodcast.libsyn.com/website

https://assets.libsyn.com/secure/content/105539882"}
