I am a health care professional, and I am a mum and a carer to my daughter with a long-term condition.  I know all services are overwhelming, so I do not want to bother anyone.  I also know there are online resources there, but I also want to talk to some face to face or at least a phone call with someone who kind of knows me.  BUT\u2026.. &amp;nbsp;we do have a tremendous amount of support.
