This is something we have to take conscious part in developing, and it\u2019s not always clear cut on how to do so, especially when it comes to having the tough conversations. One of the ways you can build a deeper connection with others is through your commitment. You have to have both feet in and be willing to serve beyond your needs or interests. When you make that commitment, people respond well to that and will feel more secure with you. Take a step back and think about how you can communicate your commitment to your team. If you can give people clear language on how you are committed to helping them, it changes the entire trajectory of your organization. Don\u2019t assume people know what you\u2019re thinking.
