She carefully hand-selected the \u201cMasters,\u201d at the conference, managed social media marketing efforts, communicated with THBC\u2019s audience and oversaw the creative and functional direction of the entire event. After the conference she went on to assist and manage an up-and-coming PMU artists\u2019 social media account and create online courses for them which increased their exposure.
