It draws on Dick\u2019s experience and skills to provide services to the maritime industry on Flag State matters, maritime regulation and registration services; to assist the Isle of Man's maritime cluster and provide support services to the valued clients of the Isle of Man Ship Registry. Dick is a Chartered Engineer and a member of the Institute of Directors. In the Queen\u2019s New Year\u2019s Honours in 2020, he was awarded an MBE for services to maritime.
