A teacher\r\nand lifelong practitioner of yoga, she follows a path of finding\r\nenlightenment by healing the mind-body-spirit split that occurs in\r\nWestern society. Ecstatic dance, drumming, sex, yoga, ritual, energy\r\nmanipulation and healing, research and reflection are the avenues Inara\r\nuses and encourages for spiritual expression and development.\r\n\r\nInara runs an online discussion group on sacred sexuality and offers\r\nworkshops and classes on yoga, breath work, sacred sexuality, teenage\r\nsex education, menstruation reclamation, and Native American\r\ndrumming\/singing. She has been a guest instructor for the Indigo\r\nVillage Summer Camp, and a guest lecturer at the University of Redlands\r\nin California and at St. Patrick\u2019s Cathedral School in Pennsylvania.\r\nAdditionally, she has performed private yoga demonstrations for select\r\naudiences around the country. Inara is a published author, with\r\narticles and poetry appearing in The Common People magazine, Atlanta\r\nRising magazine and the Carolina Spirit Quest newsletter.\r\n\r\nInara organizes the Village of Greenwood at Dreaming. She also\r\ncoordinated the Adult Play area at FireDance 2004 and DayDreaming:\r\nGreenwood, a day-long sacred sex intensive. Most recently, Inara\r\npresented a three course seminar on sacred sexuality at Bio-Buzz in\r\nAlbany, GA.
