Since then, she has dedicated her life to changing the medical paradigm and getting the word out about how easy it can be to heal yourself.    Her memoir about self-healing was serialized on the Resonant Attention substack. An acupuncturist with state and national accreditation, Stella has also studied Esoteric Acupuncture, Ortho-Bionomy, Depth Hypnosis and Integrative Manual Therapy. A previous memoir, called Star Sister: How I Changed My Name, Grew Wings, and Learned to Trust Intuition was published in 2012 by North Atlantic Books\/Evolver Editions. In her younger years, Stella worked in magazine publishing. Her freelance stories have appeared in Cond\u00e9 Nast Traveler, InStyle, Travel & Leisure and more.
