This podcast focuses on what I have learned about my bowls, how I use them to ground myself as I begin my meditation, as well as the ringing connection to musical keys and to our chakras. Of course, this is only my beginning of a deeper understanding of this ancient philosophy and practice. I reference a blog in this podcast. The title: The Good News, The Bad News, A Chiang Mai Day. You can access the blog here. Please write to me @ Diann@DiannAbroad.com. Also, please comment and review this podcast. Tell me about your experiences with singing bowls. I look forward to hearing from you. Also, please forward! Thank you so much for listening.
