{"version":1,"type":"rich","provider_name":"Libsyn","provider_url":"https:\/\/www.libsyn.com","height":90,"width":600,"title":"God Is or God Is Not","description":" \n  \nColossians 2:6-8\n \n&amp;nbsp;\n \nThe World As We See It . . .\n \nSimply put, a worldview is how an individual views the world.\n \n&amp;nbsp;\n \nFor the Christian, who claims to be a follower of Christ, the Bible is the foundation upon which our worldview is built.\n \n&amp;nbsp;\n \nThe Starting Point . . .\n \nThe basic foundation of any worldview must start with a person&amp;rsquo;s view of God, and answering this question:&amp;nbsp; \n \n\n\nDoes God exist, or does He not exist?&amp;nbsp; God is or God is not.\n\n\n \n&amp;nbsp;\n \nThe Three &amp;ldquo;isms&amp;rdquo; . . .\n \n\n\nAtheism&amp;mdash;the belief or view that there is no God; the existence of God can be disproved.\n\n\nThe Dilemma:&amp;nbsp; burden of proof that God does not exist rests upon them.&amp;nbsp; \n&amp;nbsp;\n\n\n\n\nAgnosticism&amp;mdash;the belief or view that there may be a God or supreme being but such a God cannot be known.\n\n\nThe Dilemma:&amp;nbsp; they have exhausted all means in seeking to know God and have found Him to be unknowable.\n&amp;nbsp;\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\nTheism&amp;mdash;the belief or view that there is a God.\n\n\n \n&amp;nbsp;\n \nThe Pressing Question . . .\n \nIs belief in God rational?\n \n\n\n\nGod is beyond our comprehension, but not beyond being known.\n\n\n\n \n&amp;nbsp;\n \nThe Revelation of God . . .\n \n\n\nGod has revealed Himself through general revelation.&amp;nbsp; (Acts 17:23-25; Romans 1:19-20)\n\n\nNature\/beauty of creation\n\n\nIntricate design\n\n\nOrder of universe\n\n\n\n\n \n&amp;nbsp;\n \n\n\nGod has revealed Himself through specific revelation.
