It did let us build an igloo though. I\u2019m sure it won\u2019t pass inspection, but it works. We also talked about other winter survival techniques including how to build a quinzhee and even surviving without a fire or shelter. I\u2019m not waiting for the wolf pack. We also mentioned survivor dude who was lost on the lake for fourteen years with nothing more than a beer fridge, a nine-volt battery and a piece of steel wool. Now that\u2019s a call back if I ever heard one. Check the website. Our \u201ctool of the day\u201d is the walk out cooler. Basically, it\u2019s the snowdrift just outside the patio door.
