What is it that I believe in?\u201d She felt at a loss, so she prayed. And the answer to her prayer was standing in the kitchen. It goes up, down, up, down. That\u2019s the rule. Can you make your life better? If you can make yourself better, yes. [5:40] A focal point of Sophia\u2019s pilgrimage in Mongolia was ancestral healing. Sumi says: Her heart still aches over what happened to her mother. [13:11] Sumi goes to temple and prays to Buddha. Sumi goes to church and prays to Jesus. Sumi says: What you believe is your choice. [21:50] How can you know for sure whether something is good? Sumi says: Pay attention to what is trying to help you vs what is trying to control you. [30:22] A 3-Dog Story... Sumi says: Every chance we get, we get better. You have to teach yourself good things and bad things to give yourself more and more growth. You can undo the bad that way. [33:30] Sumi sings to the animals to help heal them. Sumi says: I guess it\u2019s a prayer. [40:40] PRACTICUM! Pretend we are at temple. Close your eyes. Visualize. Sing the song.
