Dwell is currently the CEO of Maritime Academy Charter School Mark Gleason&amp;nbsp;-&amp;nbsp;Mark is the Executive Director of the Philadelphia School Partnership. The Philadelphia School Partnership is a non-profit organization that pools money from donors and invests that money to create educational opportunities and improve outcomes for low-income students. Shamecca Holloway - What would the panel be if we didn\u2019t hear from a parent that is in the thick of it. A parent feeling the frustrations shared by many in the Philadelphia public school system. Shamecca has been a fierce advocate for her son Mason, but has been met with resistance. If the students and the parents are the customers , Shamecca is not a happy customer - When you hear her story you will understand why.
