With the Members - Hang out in the lobby and talk to them - Get involved in as many socials as you can - Go to a board meeting - Get a write up in the newsletter or online staff page   4. With Your Private Lessons - Good intro of yourself - Let them know that you care in a classy way - Have a private lesson plan for each student.  Come up with an annual plan - Put in the extra time between privates 4.
