Opener Connecter(s) Closing Pretty easy right?  So why don't we do it more often?  Why is it so hard for us to make a thoughtful thank you note.  The Connecting middle piece is the key!  Refer to something that happened within your shared experience, and be sincere + gracious when doing it.
