That first race became the first step into a fitness "addiction." It introduced him to many fitness styles and methods, earned him paid trips to Canada and Los Angeles, and brought him some of the most amazing friends and "family" he's ever known. Today, fitness events push Neil toward higher levels of personal growth. The people he meets and inspires along the way keep him looking for the next event and a chance to grow his circle. Through his autoimmune fight and his fitness journey, Neil has discovered the capacity we all have inside of us. He has also learned the mindset shifts it takes to start a goal and stick with it, and he's here to share them.
