Today I'm back with Rebecca Smith, my Limitless Practice grad with the premium fee private pay practice in New Orleans, for a hot take episode on exactly that. We get into why most consultants telling you that you need social media are the ones selling courses on how to do it, why going viral actually creates more problems than it solves (hate comments, licensing issues, nervous system regulation), & why a Facebook page you never post on can still help AI & Google find you. Rebecca shares why she has YouTube videos that live quietly on her website instead of chasing followers, & I talk about why I only use social for Abundance, not for my own therapy practice. We close out with the real permission slip, consistency means your name & niche staying the same everywhere, not a daily post. Sponsored by TherapyNotes\u00ae: Looking to switch EHRs?
