Gregg shared that many people were being challenged by old habits, relationships, routines, and beliefs falling apart, and he encouraged listeners to let go of old energy instead of defending themselves or fighting back. He explained that slowing down time through meditation and opening the heart had helped people realign with their higher self, remember love, and bring more love and light into the world. The conversation also explored Gregg\u2019s Lyme disease journey, his healing experience in Brazil, and how it had taught him not to depend on supernatural places, but to learn how to hold the light and access universal love anywhere. By the end, Gregg emphasized the importance of daily spiritual practice, clearing and protecting one\u2019s energy, moving through conflict with compassion, and trusting that collective heart-centered work could help humanity rise together. ==================== Guy in the USA: immortaltaoistrites.com\/matt-and-guy-lawerence Work with with Guy:www.guylawrence.com.au\/start-here    Guy's Official Partners: The DNA Company \u2013 Get 10% Off https:\/\/thednacompany.com\/letitinpodcast FLFE \u2013 2 Week Free Trial (No Credit Card Required) https:\/\/www.flfe.net\/rp-affiliates.php?p=LiveInFlow&w=TryFLFEfree ====================  Referenced in This Episode Supercharged Self-Healing Change Your Mind LIVE IN FLOW You Are The Sun (RJ's newest book released on Aug 11) The Mechanics of Money \u2014 a TV show launching this fall, based on a 9-week course RJ ran with 10 students on manifesting wealth Stuart Wilde's short book The Trick to Money is Having Some ====================  Key Points Discussed:  (00:00) - Time, Energy, Healing & the Current Shift in Consciousness!
