What does success actually look like 12 months from now? What revenue are you trying to generate? What services are you intentionally trying to grow? How many consultations or treatments should be on the schedule? Who is the client you are trying to attract? And what numbers will tell you whether you are actually making progress? Because you cannot build intentionally if you are operating accidentally. Jamie also explores a common challenge she sees with providers who add aesthetics to an already successful chiropractic, wellness, medical, or spa business. Buying great aesthetic technology does not automatically build an aesthetic business around it. The strategy, messaging, client experience, buying psychology, and systems that built your existing practice may not be the same ones that build the next version of your business. That does not mean abandoning what made you successful. It means deciding what comes with you and what needs to evolve. This Week\u2019s Mindset Shift Take 10 minutes and answer these five questions: 1. What am I actually trying to build? Picture the aesthetic side of your business 12 months from now and define it clearly. 2. What does success look like in numbers? Choose two or three benchmarks that tell you whether the business is actually growing. 3. What am I intentionally trying to grow right now? Pick the service, technology, category, or business objective that deserves your focus. 4. Does my current marketing reflect where I\u2019m going or where I\u2019ve been? Look at your website, social media, signage, promotions, and team communication through the eyes of a brand-new client. 5. What am I still doing simply because that\u2019s the way I\u2019ve always done it? Notice the habits, systems, messaging, pricing, or processes that may deserve a fresh look. You do not have to fix everything this week. Your assignment is simply to define where \u201cthere\u201d is. Because before you can build the next version of your business, you have to know what you are actually building.
