Working through Ezekiel 34, John 10, and John 21, he tells the story of a prophetic word he initially rejected ("a shepherd's heart") and a late-night decision to go after a struggling young man in the freezing rain, arguing that spiritual leadership is measured by self-sacrifice and trustworthy closeness to people \u2014 not by projects, platforms, or celebrity.
