(laughs) That\u2019s 32 episodes a year for 900 episodes (28.125) When I started this little podcast back in October 11, 2008. That\u2019s 17 years, 9 months, and 10 days ago as of the scheduled release date of this episode, I never dreamed I would still be sittin\u2019 here yammerin\u2019 about Goober\u2019s carburetor record (Goober\u2019s 38-minute-12-second carburetor disassembly record), Ernest T. Bass throwin\u2019 rocks through windows, or Opie learnin\u2019 life lessons from Andy. But here we are \u2013 900 episodes strong, thanks to you, the best listeners & viewers in the whole wide world. This milestone feels like one of those classic Mayberry town moments where everybody shows up to a meetings to celebrate something special. So today, we\u2019re throwing a little party right here on the Internet. There won\u2019t be any fancy speeches \u2013 just an expression by me of good ol\u2019 fashioned gratitude and a few reflections from the front porch.
