Sari comes in having just had a repressed memory surface, and what unfolds is a conversation about what it actually means to feel safe, why everything always makes sense when you follow it back far enough, and what it looks like to hold space for someone in the middle of something that big. We also talk about "knowing your role" as a coach, the power of giving someone options instead of answers, and a business conversation that changes the trajectory for Sari. This one is heavy and hopeful at the same time, and it's a reminder of why the entrepreneurship journey can be about so much more than building a business. In this episode, you’ll hear: • The sentence Sari says in the first two minutes of this session that gives me full body goosebumps • What's actually appropriate vs. not in your role as a coach when trauma comes up • One of the big lessons that Sari and I both believe deeply (that is still sometimes hard to land in for yourself) • What entrepreneurship called up in Sari that no massage, hack, or strategy ever could • The insane clarity that surfaced for Sari that seems so obvious in hindsight • The one thing that is EVERYTHING when it comes to forward momentum in business Episode Links • Follow me on Instagram • Connect with Sari on Instagram • Learn more about Sari on her website If you're enjoying the coaching you're hearing, check out my Ultimate Mini Course to Maximizing Results in 1:1 Coaching to learn the proven strategies & foundational tools for creating an in-demand container that gets your clients real results
LITerally
http://www.alituplife.com/podcast/
