The business faced significant challenges during COVID and the floods, but the founders were determined to preserve the community and legacy of the market.   Sarah recounts the challenges of running a business, including the stress and burnout that can result. They describe the emotional struggle of letting go of a business they were deeply passionate about, likening it to a grieving process.
