She also reflects on some of her key learnings over the years, the advice she wished she had when she first started out, and a whole lot more. &amp;nbsp; What stuck with me from this conversation: On community building: \u201cMoving away from the corporate world, being successful was about being happy with who I am and what I\u2019ve created and that\u2019s why I wanted it to be a community. I wanted people to not feel lonely. I wanted people to come in here on their own and make friends. I love that people make friends in here \u2013 I genuinely, genuinely love that.
