It was his first experience working with a career coach, and he wanted support navigating several significant transitions at once, including moving into a global corporate environment for the first time and seeking clarity on how to progress his career with greater intention.   Over the course of our partnership, Valery transitioned from Product Marketing Manager to Head of Product Marketing at Cisco, working within the Slido organisation and stepped into people leadership for the first time. By the end of our work together, he described feeling confident, focused, and curious again, with a much stronger sense of direction and trust in his ability to operate as a PMM, a team lead and a better idea of future directions he could take his career in longer term.   This episode with my client covers:  The mentality shift from being an individual contributor to a team lead  Valery\u2019s transition of startup life into a global corporate   Getting comfortable with possibility of failure and not having all the answers, even as a leader  How Valery moved from uncertainty to having confidence in his career decisions with the help of coaching   Connect with Valery  https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/valery-mezencev\/   https:\/\/valerymezencev.com\/     Kick-start your own coaching journey  Book a complimentary Discovery Call with Hope: https:\/\/calendly.com\/hopechauland\/free-mentor-discovery-call    What to expect  1.
