At sixty-five dollars a month you're gonna say \u201chere are the deliverables we promise that you will get in our program\u201d. If we as your provider ever fall below those thresholds we will suspend our charges to you until we get back above those thresholds. Use the ninety days ruling average because you can have a bad month, anyone can have a bad month. It will reward you for a great month because you--we\u2019re going to the ninety day ruling average and it will protect you against the bad month or two. You can build up, right? So if you're supposed to provide an average level of service each month, you can build-up your average to protect you against the couple of dips. But guys this is all about you demonstrating to them that you are as committed to helping them as they are to their problem.
