We tend to focus on appearance, performance, and externals. But God sees deeper. And if we want to live fully alive, we need Him to help us see what He sees. The Heart of the Matter Your heart is what makes you, you. Scripture describes the heart as the center of everything:  your thoughts your emotions your desires your understanding your will your soul  The inner man. The inner woman. Today is an invitation to let God do an MRI of the heart\u2014not with shame or fear, but with love and truth. Move and Notice As you move today, pay attention: What\u2019s happening beneath the surface? What thoughts keep rising up? What emotions are asking to be acknowledged? Look around. Slow down enough to see differently. Ask God to help you see yourself\u2014and others\u2014the way He does. Keep moving. Stay curious. And let Him meet you at the heart.
