This isn’t a conversation about “having it all”. It’s about what happens when: 👀 your career and motherhood collide 👀 your capacity changes, but your ambition doesn’t 👀 you’re trying to figure out what’s next, without losing yourself in the process Mary describes that moment in 3 words: exhausted, FOMO, and overwhelmed. And I can honestly say as a mother myself… I felt every one of them at some point too. Together, we explored: 👉🏼 the identity shift that reshapes your relationship with work 👉🏼 her “MVP” approach to starting with small habits and building sustainably 👉🏼 the reality of returning from mat leave, from logistics to emotional loa 👉🏼 how a coach supported Mary to start before she felt ready As a coach and as someone navigating my own evolving season of motherhood, I also share how being part of one of Mary’s early pilot Propel cohorts positively impacted me. One moment that stayed with me: “I remember thinking… is this how every day is going to be?” That honest reflection captures so much of what this episode is about. Not having all the answers, but finding a way forward anyway.
