The way you lower vulnerability is by building trust." \ud83c\udf1f Moving from a Deficit to a Strengths-Based Mindset: When we attach numerical ratings to pedagogy, we inadvertently start looking for what\u2019s wrong. Craig argues that "when I start to put a number on you, I start to look at what's wrong with you.
