British Colombia is adopting year-round DST!&amp;nbsp; I'm so happy for (and jealous of) them.&amp;nbsp; :) Last week, I had my first colonoscopy.&amp;nbsp; Colorectal cancer is the second leading cancer here in the US.&amp;nbsp; Eat your fiber, drink your water, move your body, and get your preventative screenings. ----- I, Jess Lindgren, host of this podcast, believe that empathy is not a weakness; it is a strength, and, like so many things in this life, a practice.&amp;nbsp; It is not a radical position to say 'stop killing children and other grownups, please and thank you.'&amp;nbsp; The value and worth of every human being on this earth is not up for debate.&amp;nbsp; I\u2019ll leave you with&amp;nbsp;this quote, which is both timely and evergreen:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; To all the people still saying they\u2019re \u201cnot political\u201d right now: that choice is political.
