The Reimagined version really fixed all the issues for the most part with quality of life improvments but it didnt stop the repetitivness of going back and forth like a lot of jrpgs do. I will say the job system really makes me enjoy the grind where normally I wouldnt. Personally I call it good balance but its fair to say its not for everyone when it comes to the original or the 3DS remake.
