The argument is simple: if negotiations are used to regroup rather than reform, then dialogue without decisive pressure only prolongs the problem.  This is a plea to President Trump. Think clearly and know what\u2019s at stake. Don\u2019t negotiate with a regime that uses diplomacy as a delay tactic. Don\u2019t legitimize it. Don\u2019t give it time to regroup, rebuild, and expand its influence. Instead, act decisively. Don\u2019t manage the problem.
