About our Guests: AL PATTON, CHIEF CREATIVE OFFICER Al joined as Chief Creative Officer in February of 2019 and is responsible for driving the creative vision of the agency. He came to us from 22Squared, where for just under three years he served as Executive Creative Director and oversaw all creative output for the agency\u2019s Atlanta headquarters. Prior to that, Al spent eighteen years at top creative agencies in New York, the final ten of which at R\/GA where he was Executive Creative Director on the agency\u2019s Nike and Samsung accounts. His resume also includes stints at Deutsch, FCB, Digitas and Tribal, where he led teams working on such global brands as American Express, Reebok, Kraft, Chase and AT&T. Al\u2019s work has been a mainstay at the annual creative award shows, having taken home top honors at Cannes Lions, CLIO, One Show, London International Awards, Webby Awards and the Effies. LANCE KRALL, HEAD OF DAGGER ORIGINALS Most recently known for his role as \u201cDad\u201d to his two children, Lance previously worked on other less demanding projects, such as creating and starring in Spike TV\u2019s \u201cThe Lance Krall Show,\u201d and Vh1\u2019s \u201cFree Radio,\u201d writing on \u201cBreaking In,\u201d \u201cLast Man Standing,\u201d and \u201cIt\u2019s Always Sunny in Philadelphia,\u201d Co-Executive Producing TruTV\u2019s unscripted comedy, \u201cFameless,\u201d and penning the William H Macy helmed feature film, \u201cThe Layover.\u201d As an Executive Producer, Lance has had the pleasure of developing television alongside some of the industry\u2019s top players, including Jerry Bruckheimer, Doug Robinson, Drew Barrymore, Laurence Fishburne, and Eric Tannenbaum.
