The study may show a link between these symptoms and a condition called DGBI (Disorders of Gut-Brain Interaction).  Ellen has informed us of the testing process of an app for our phones which is in development that will allow us to scan food labels and with the app using AI, it will determine if the food is gluten free or not. Both Ellen and I have praise and concerns about this one.  I explain to Ellen the continuing process of the Celiac Canada petition to government to allow for a tax \u201cbreak\u201d to compensate for our increased food costs. Ellen reminds us of the updated Gluten Free Fast Food Listings on her website for both Canada and the US. As well, Ellen fills us in on her test of a new pizza available at Costco and other cooking she did over the holidays.
