The thing about a constraint is we\u2019re trying to get a lot done through this small eye of the needle. A constraint is an energy thing. It\u2019s a mind thing. It\u2019s a time thing. It\u2019s a perception thing. It\u2019s an attitude thing. Often, a constraint is that we don\u2019t have the inner knowing or the inner courage that is going to get us into the eye of the needle and onto the other side. The eye of the needle is often thought to mean you work harder, you push and push and push. If you\u2019ve ever tried to thread a needle through that little eye, you know it\u2019s pretty tough, especially if you can\u2019t see clearly where the opening is. The same thing happens with a constraint. We don\u2019t always know the opening, so we try to push more through. The opening is you. Your allowingness. Your attitude. How you perceive time. How you perceive yourself. Are you having a good time doing what you\u2019re doing? If you think what you\u2019re offering is difficult, hard, or problematic, and you\u2019re not having fun doing it, you should probably be doing something else. Having your own business is not a grind. It is not a hustle. It is not about working harder. Having your own business is about doing something for the fun of it. Yes, you\u2019ll get a reward on the other side, but you have to have fun while you\u2019re doing it. That opens the eye much more widely. Another thing you want to have is a different attitude. Most people around us don\u2019t know how to help us have a positive, upbeat attitude. They know how to keep us low, small, stuck, and limited. They keep us in fear. Society is like that. Society and the news are constraints. But constraints are surmountable. Your attitude can change everything. Your energy can change everything. Energy is what needs to be aligned. If you\u2019re worried, your energy becomes small and close to you. If you\u2019re afraid, your energy becomes even tighter. If you have positivity, good-heartedness, and fun doing what you\u2019re doing\u2014if you\u2019re on a mission, solving problems, and helping someone get a result\u2014that\u2019s how you move through constraints. That\u2019s how I\u2019ve built businesses. That\u2019s how I\u2019ve helped thousands of businesses. Your constraint is overlookable. Your constraint is on the other side of alignment\u2014alignment of energy first, then alignment of mind. Why energy first? Because of how your energy affects your body. When your energy is expansive, you become a magnetizer. When your energy is tight\u2014worried, fearful, anxious, jealous, or angry\u2014you can\u2019t get to the other side of the constraint.
