It says, why change something when it\u2019s easier to continue to do exactly what we\u2019re doing even if we\u2019re unhappy with the results we\u2019re getting. It\u2019s too much work to do the Shadow work. It\u2019s too much work to shift our identities. It is too much work to change our habits and thoughts and behaviors. It\u2019s easier here. It\u2019s easier, but is it better? Is waiting giving your soul the room and space to grow?
