It\u2019s also important to remember that in yoga, satya is not \u201cbrutal honesty\u201d \u2014 truthfulness is always balanced with ahi\u1e43s\u0101 (non-harming). We aim to add value to our relationships, speak the truth \u201cwith honey,\u201d and honour compassion alongside honesty.
