But that toxic friendship interaction makes me think of my own friendship breakups in the past, as well as making me wish I had one of my past best friends around to talk to about all this. But some friendships and relationships may be too toxic to continue, so, like my uterus, it\u2019s best to say goodbye and hope for a brighter future! I\u2019ve missed driving! And I took a little drive around the neighborhood for a few minutes to get the joy again :) I can\u2019t wait for the 2-week mark to hopefully get the full OK to drive again for longer periods of time. As much as I love the attention from the family as I recover, it\u2019s nice to be alone for a few minutes! It\u2019s wild trying to juggle everything: running a small business, being a mom, a caretaker, a wife, plus dealing with Adenomyosis and my uterus running the show most weeks out of every month. Just because one friend (or organ) is causing us trouble, that\u2019s no reason why we can\u2019t take a moment to appreciate our other friends (and organs) that are doing a good job! If you\u2019re reading this, I invite you to take a moment to think about a body part you\u2019re grateful for :) even if that body part is hurting and sending you a message that you need to give it some extra care today. Being a good friend also includes being a good friend to yourself and watching the language you use to speak to yourself, whether consciously or subconsciously. It all matters, believe me.
