[7:31] God Works Through You "I found the book to be very fascinating in the sense that they incorporate Bible verses in it, so it was the religious, spiritual work with the scientific behind." [12:38] Automated Spirituality "I'm spiritual\u201d and for the longest time, the majority of my twenties and early thirties, that was my response, but I really didn't know what that meant." [22:56] Beyond the Glow-up "But when we broke up, you know, in our brain, our subconscious is like, 'We talk about that, maybe if I get really shredded, like, fricking real hot, maybe he'll want me back.'" Okay, there was a lot of trauma when I was around coaching the last couple of years.\u201d [1:13:06] The Act of Performing \u201cYou\u2019re trying to be someone you\u2019re not yet, and so your energy is like, \u2018Yeah, I can be this, but I can\u2019t maintain it.\u2019\u201d [1:26:10] When Old Wounds Resurface \u201cA couple of instances reminded me of a very emotional, verbally, sexually abusive, turned physically abusive situation in college that I went through, and I have not spoken to that person in 20 years.\u201d [1:43:08] The Specific Power of Praying to God and Jesus \u201cThey wrote something about the black magic when I pray to god this stuff lessens, but when I pray to Jesus it goes away for a few days.\u201d [2:02:05] Faith Beyond Walls \u201cI always think outside is my church, so I feel the most connected when I\u2019m out there.
