But waking up without pain is awesome. We\u2019re making sure to get plenty of sunlight and Vitamin D to help with the Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) creeping in. Other than a little back pain, I\u2019m in a pretty good mood! The pain medicine helps, which was rarely the case with Adenomyosis, so yay! It\u2019s nice to keep up my podcasting skills while I take a break from work by working on this show! I just realized this would have been my first day of my period, and while it\u2019s great not to have to worry about that, I\u2019m pretty sure the energy levels are still fluctuating as if I had one. Having my hysterectomy feels like finally leaving that toxic relationship once and for all! I also wonder if maybe my ADHD will lighten up now that I\u2019m not constantly distracted with my uterus and Adenomyosis? What a good time to pick \u201cSpace\u201d as my word of the year, right? I\u2019m embracing the mental and physical space right about now. If you\u2019ve ever pulled your shoelace out of your shoe when it wasn\u2019t supposed to be there, you know the relief that you may not have known otherwise. That\u2019s what this is like.
