Sorry I can\u2019t link to the one I got. It\u2019s no longer available!   I make note in the episode to pay attention to sizes. Measure your mid-section, if you need to. My husband has a long mid-section and would probably need the longer one (12\u201d) if he had ab surgery of some kind. For me, I have a rather shorter midsection so the 9-inch binder worked fine for me.   I didn\u2019t expect to feel this much shifting of organs internally, but the binder helps with that feeling.
