He's was mexican kid that didn’t speak spanish but was still a few shades too brown to really be embraced by the white kids. This was a fun episode but the surroundings got but frustrating at times: Random drunks dudes smoking and trying to chat it up along with all the sounds of the barrio, screaming birds, police sirens, german oompah music with spanish lyrics, and a damn vacuum that wouldn't stop!
