Somewhere along the way, many of us learned that to be safe, we must close.\u2028Close our hearts. Our emotions. Our truth. We decided that hiding was safer than being seen. \u2028We build walls, wear masks, and call it strength.\u2028But in doing so, we also close ourselves off from joy\u2026 from intimacy\u2026 from the fullness of what it means to live. Being open to life means saying yes to all of it.\u2028It means letting emotions move through you like waves\u2014without labeling them good or bad. \u2028It means standing in the fire of your fear or your grief, and saying:\u2028\u201cI will not hide anymore. I am here.\u201d This is not about being fearless.\u2028It\u2019s about being courageous enough to be seen.\u2028Because deep down, all of us want the same thing\u2014to be seen, to be felt, to be known, to be loved for who we really are.
